A FAVORITE AT SYCAMORE HILL

12 LARGE EGGS
1/2 CUP HALF AND HALF
2 CUPS OF CHOPPED HAM
1/2 BOX OF FROZEN CHOPPED
SPINACH THAWED DO NOT USE FRESH
2 CUPS OF SHREDDED ITALIAN
CHEESE ( OR ANY KIND OF CHEESE)
1/2 TEASPOON OF ITALIAN SEASONING
1/4 TEASPOON OF GARLIC, DRIED OR FRESH
Lightly oil a deep dish pie plate and put in your crust , pre heat oven to 350 degrees, cut slits in the bottom of your pie crust pre bake for 10 minutes, if your crust falls off the sides while still warm push it back into place, allow to cool.  Mix the eggs, half and half and spices in a mixer, allow the mixture to get some air bubbles, this will make your quiche fluffy.  Pour mixture into cooled pie crust, add to the mixture, the spinach, ham and cheese, make sure all ingredients are evenly distrupted in the dish.
Bake for  40 to 45 minutes, pull out and add more shredded cheese bake for another 10 minutes to make a crispy cheesy crust.
